Blutetooth in China

I recently received a notice from Verizon Wireless. I have a Blackberry with free bluetooth. His is an LG and I want ot connect to my PS3. So I have added code so that it recognizes the PS3 and if I manage Utilities / Bluetooth is said to have been recognized. But for some reason when I play an online game here I can not talk to people. It was also recognized during the game still appears to accessories page
